Opened seal , no expiration date

I wasn't satisfied with it. I received it without a seal and apparently there was no expiration date. I contacted customer service and they gave me excuses. First, they said that they don't ship out items without a seal and a current expiration date. I sent them pictures of the item. And they said oh The pepper soup spice doesn't expire . that date you see is the item number. It doesn't have an expiration date. I have to keep explaining to them to finally convince them that I was dissatisfied with the service and the item that I received. They finally said they'll give me a gift card. However, I only received $5. The item cost more than that so I complained about that too. Then they gave me $10 which was okay. But I wish I got my money back because I don't want to order from them again.
